To rent a bicycle to be:
I. Have at least a good mood and desire to ride a bike.
II. Leave pledge: identity document or a refundable deposit.
III. Pay the fee for renting a bike according to the price list.
IV. Read all of this Regulation and to conclude an agreement to rent a bike.

RULES RENTALS:
1. Please provide two identity documents, mandatory ID card and a passport or driving license.
2. For the loan is paid in cash in advance, price list.

10. Rental reserves the right to refuse to accept hardware, if the damage will be so severe, that the repair will become unprofitable. In this case, the Lender agrees to pay the amount covering the cost of buying new equipment.

12. Loan equipment, should be paid in the stated period of the contract, jeżeli termin return the bike to extend it will download additional charges, price list (each commenced hour will be counted as a full time).
13. If after 24 hours continuously from the stated date of return, Lender will not return equipment or fails to notify the expected date of return, it will be treated as theft and will be reported to the police.
14. An employee has the right to refuse rental equipment rental without cause.
15. Lender waives any and all claims against the rental of accidents, damages or injuries occurring during the use of the rented equipment.
16. For hidden defects in outfits (materials) Rental is not liable.
